From time to time, it's not the users that make you tilt your head to the side and wonder what the hell they're talking about. Occasionally, it's your coworkers. "Carl" is one of those coworkers. He has his own vocabulary and eventually "Carlist" will be on Google's list of translations.

had the agents log off and log back on and it stll was not there it the re apeared a moments later. the log off and log on process did not correct this it just reappeared
