From time to time, it's not the users that make you tilt your head to the side and wonder what the hell they're talking about. Occasionally, it's your coworkers. "Carl" is one of those coworkers. He has his own vocabulary and eventually "Carlist" will be on Google's list of translations.
For example:
Ontopawards: "I'm getting all stressed out and ontopawards, I have all these bills to pay"
On top of? Afterwards? Both? Neither?
